A. Manipulating images are photos that are altered to look better.

 B. Certain newspapers have to follow certain guide lines to be posted. 

 C. I think you should be able to change the lighting and add objects.

This is very unethical because they added two pictures together that were separate.

They did not do too much all i can ee that they did was the lighting they cropped it and added the headline
